ITB has over 35 years of experience in the design and production of custom made plastic systems. These are mainly applied in agricultural buildings, but often also find their way in other applications. Some examples are plastic ponds, dismountable beach houses and plastic tanks.
The development of special plastic products always take place in close collaboration with the customer and our team of specialists. Our experienced drawers draw out the project in detail with advanced 2D- and 3D designsoftware. In our modern machinepark our experienced and specialized team of workers produce the project with a keen eye for detail. We have multiple cutting machines, sawing machines, but welding machines with a maximum length of 5 meters and a large number of hot air and extrustion welding machines at our disposal.
Most used materials for our systems are polyethylene and polypropylene. When needed PVC, Stainless Steel or anodized aluminium can be applied. Depending on the application we can supply these products UV-resistant and in many colours. Because of the technical features of the different plastics in combination with the production method, the systems are resistant to aggressive and chemical substances, UV-radiation and are produced air and water tight.
